AXA ART Versicherung AG UK Branch maintains a register of all commercial lines employers' liability policies that, on or after 1st April 2011, are entered into, renewed or for which claims are made. If you wish to make an enquiry for information or search against the register please fill out and submit the form below.

Enquiries may be made by individuals with a potential claim, their authorised representative, any employer to whom the potential claim relates, insurers who are jointly or severally liable in relation to the potential claim or their insurance intermediary.

The Employers' Liability Register is updated at least quarterly and was last updated on 1st July 2019.

We have potential liability for policies under which UK commercial lines employers' liability cover has been provided to employers and which commenced or were renewed before 1st April 2011 and in respect of which no claims were made on or after 1st April 2011. However we are not required to make details of these policies available in this register under Financial Conduct Authority rules. Enquiries may be made about these policies by individual claimants, their authorised representatives, or insurers or their insurance intermediaries, with potential claims, by contacting compliance@axa-art.co.uk
